"the store manager shawnessy was absolutely amazing!!! she was super smiley and patient as I had never been to a Dunn bros before and needed time to view the menu. I asked for a recommendation of something sweet and something to eat for breakfast and she recommended a caramel banana frappe and a sausage croissant which was freaking divine, I was so satisfied the food hit the spot!! 🩷 she knows her stuff, her customer service is 10/10 and she’s super fast and friendly! The lobby was super clean and I also got my food super quick. The manager complimented my boots and hair and just gave such a friendly vibe! She was the cutest I absolutely love her and will be back because of her! she made my experience absolutely wonderful! Visiting from Miami, 10/10"

"Love Dunn Bros - their coffee is always spot on. The place is a bit small to hang out and work, but this is downtown skyway and that's not the vibe. No worries, everyone is friendly and the coffee is always great."

"Always the same two ladies working …. I walk pass this place almost everyday for my lunch break and it’s the same two ladies working (girl with headscarf/hijab and tall girl with ponytail) lovely ladies, really friendly, great customer service just wanna know why the company is working them so darn hard? Isn’t there anyone else to do a shift or 2 so these girlies can rest??????? I really hope they are paying these two a healthy wage for all their hard work they are honestly carrying that place. The actual manager is hardly ever around."

"I was really excited to try this place. The sign posted on the door stated open until 3pm today. Unfortunately I stopped by at 2:50 and the doors were closed. I ended up finding a Starbucks near by, but as an out of towner I was excited to try a MN based coffee shop. Maybe better luck next time. I hope they are able to stay open until the posted time."
