"*Update 1/4/26* : I came back for a second visit and was hoping to order a seasonal drink I had seen on the website. Unfortunately, the website still wasn’t updated to reflect what was actually available in the shop. This visit also didn’t feel as welcoming as my first. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, even though there was only one other person present (a friend of the staff). Instead, we were met with an unwelcoming stare. When I mentioned the website/menu mismatch before ordering, the response felt dismissive, and the tone didn’t give me much confidence that the feedback would be passed along—unlike my first visit, when I was assured it would be addressed. Because of the inconsistent menu information and the noticeable drop in customer service, I’m updating my review to a 3-star rating. I had specifically planned to order an item that was no longer available, which was disappointing given the expectations set online. 11/23/25: This past Sunday we stopped in to try a new coffee shop, and they happened to have their seasonal Harry Potter drinks — so fun! ✨ The inside was super clean, cute, and the service was great. This was my first time trying cream cheese cold foam, and I’m absolutely in love. LITERALLY, every sip tasted like the first 😍 Definitely going back — 12/10! ☕️💫 What we ordered: • Lion Heart Latte (Gryffindor house) – me ❤️🦁 • Strawberry Cheesecake Waffle – me 🍓🧇 (we did have to add syrup at home) • Three Broomsticks Brew – my friend (highly recommend!) ✨ • Caramel Banana Toffee Waffle – my friend 🍌🍮"

"Love this cafe!!! Such a hidden gem! Carmen, one of the staff members here is so sweet! Lovely customer service and works so fast with the drinks! There isn't a ton of seating at this cafe, same with parking, but it typically isn't busy here because it's still a newer cafe. They have tons of unique drinks and yummy snacks for you to pick from! I've had a strawberry smoothie, strawberry shortcake matcha, strawberry tea lemonade, and a graham cracker latte! All of them were sooooooo good! This cafe not only **looks** aesthetically pleasing, but it really **IS** aesthetically pleasing!! I've come here to study, doodle, or just chill! It's the perfect spot to enjoy some nice quiet vibes while sipping on a yummy drink. It's location is also great if you wanna go on a walk and see some lovely nature too!! They also hold some events here for the community and post them online! I recommend you visit their Instagram page to learn more about them. I really loved my experiences here and absolutely will be back when I'm in the area!"

"I am very disappointed in the drinks I received today. I went in and ordered 3 iced matches, all different types. The pink pony matcha seemed almost spoiled, and it tasted sour.The blossom matcha and the strawberry shortcake matcha had absolutely no ice nor cold foam in either drink, it had a very thin layer of what seemed like strawberry syrup. I have gone to this cafe a couple times before in which the drinks were great, but this time the drinks were not good whatsoever."

"I’ve been here a couple times and have had a decent experience each time. The best part? I love their boba drinks! Each time they have been delicious and I’m trying to order something new each time. The barista each time has been nice too and their bathroom was clean. The worst part? The wait time each time has been longer than I’d expect since each time was not particularly busy. I also have ordered both the breakfast burrito and breakfast croissant sandwhich and I am not a fan of either. The burrito is very small for what you pay and the croissant was super hard; I had to rip off of the hard parts to eat it. I’m hoping next time I can try something better."

"I had a great experience with C at Falls Coffee! She makes an amazing Biscoff chai, it’s the cookie crumble latte that she lets me adjust by switching the latte base to chai, and it’s seriously the best. She’s always happy to customize my order. 10/10 experience. She’s so friendly and nice, and she’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back to Falls Coffee."
