"I recently visited in person, and overall, it was a positive experience. I was given expired items, which they quickly resolved when I brought it to their attention. Fast forward to placing two separate pickup and delivery orders on different days. For the pickup, I was informed that all of the items I had selected were out of stock. No problem, I then placed a delivery order the following day for the same items. There was no indication anywhere that these items were out of stock, so I assumed they might be sourced from a different location. Two hours later, I received a call informing me that they were still out of stock. I understand that things are busy with new product launches and changing regulations, but a bit more organization would go a long way in saving everyone time and energy. It’s frustrating for both customers, and I’m sure staff too, and I hope this can be improved moving forward!"
