"Very unpleasant experience. They have one of those infernal machines where your drink comes out so unreasonably hot that it takes 20 minutes with the lid off to cool down to a drinkable temperature (and they clearly know it's too hot because the barista warned me about it). Then for payment, you have to select from 3 tipping options, starting at 18% and going up to 30% tip. Ridiculous."
