"One of the things I love about Dinkytown is how many restaurants there are. Stopped in at Chatime and ordered two bubble teas with boba. This was my second time in and while the aesthetic is SUPER CUTE, the tea itself is too sweet. Compared to other bubble tea places in the area, this is very lackluster bubble tea. If I were to return a third time I would recommend ordering at 50% or 75% sweetness."

Service was fine, not the friendliest, but nothing terrible either. The atmosphere? It’s somewhere in the middle-neither too good nor too bad. If you're in the area and craving boba, it’s worth a stop, but don’t expect anything out of this world."
"We come here a lot and usually the customer service is appropriate. I was disappointed on this visit. The person was washing dishes and after about a few minutes the person came to the register. Didn’t greet, didn’t smile, and didn’t apologize for taking time. I had to be the one to say hello. The person didn’t even ask what I wanted. I understand that some of these members are college students. At the same time, it’s important to demonstrate exceptional customer service to ensure customers come back and refer the place to other members of the community. I don’t blame the management but I do think this needs to be addressed to all those that work the register. I even asked if she was new and she immediately asked why. I was in the hope’s to speak with the manager just to provide live feedback but unfortunately they were not there. I’d also suggest to move the size of the cups near the menu on the wall then to the right side. The music can sometimes be a little loud so if you’re looking for a quiet place just bring some headphones. Overall the tea is delicious and the products are great."
