What People Are Saying
from Google"First time visit since they refreshed the restaurant - it’s very nice. They also refreshed the menu, better starters and more options than burgers. Service was excellent. Very good vibe. By the time we left, there were 15 people waiting outside to get in. Dog friendly patio. Nice bar. We had the shrimp tacos, guacamole dip, and chip & dip, all were good. The Expresso martini is very good. Their beer selection is unique and well crafted."
"What an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The atmosphere is stunning; while it can get a bit loud, it really adds to the lively vibe. The menu offers a wonderful variety, featuring appetizers like oysters and dips, along with salads, burgers, sandwiches, and a few other enticing dishes. I’d say the menu is impressively diverse with many standout options. The Mediterranean bowl was bursting with flavor, the grains were cooked perfectly, and the steak was just right. Although the portion wasn’t massive, it was quite satisfying. The fish and chips were equally delightful; the fish was well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. Overall, we left feeling thoroughly pleased!"
"The hamburger experience was yummy and well cooked, in a great way!! Great music! Beers were great, they only carry local beers so keep that in mind. Truffle fries were good with a generous amount of parmesan the cheese dusted on them. The gouda hash was totally scrumptious! The tacos are to write home about!"
"This location has an elevated feel and modern design on the inside. Exemplary staff & dining experience. The burger special was a toast to the Alps with Raclette & perfectly caramelized onions. The beet salad never misses. I also tried one of the mocktails and it was very delicious with blood orange. Worth a stop or two or three."
"I can't believe I'm rating this low. Especially because I love the food at the Uptown location so much. The whole restaurant is beautiful, much more aesthetically-pleasing than some of the other locations. The service is on par with the one other location I've been to. They're extremely attentive. The food, however, was just...off. We started out with the cheese curds and onion rings--both of them good. For the next part, we split a few dishes--a bowl of the tomato basil soup, the Ahi Crisps, and the 60/40 burger. The drizzle on the tuna was way too sweet and salty. It really needed something like citrus to brighten it up. The burger was a literal hockey puck. It was honestly worst than a burger from a church cookout. I don't remember being asked for the meat temp. Needless to say, it was not our normal medium-rare. It also had nothing on it. You just got a mouth full of hardened fat and umami. There was no dimension. It needed to be cooked less and have vegetables. The soup was so incredibly acidic and salty that I asked them to take it away. I ALWAYS FINISH MY FOOD. I ended up vomiting when I got home because I had such bad acid reflux, something I've only had one other time in my life. I'm not picky about food and I'll eat almost anything and enjoy it so this is really weird for me. I can only really speak for myself but several other people in my party said they had mal-effects immediately after dinner, as well. Unfortunately, we were only in town for the Vikings game so we won't be back. Someone did come around and asked if everything was okay. I said yes because I thought I was the only one that didn't enjoy my food. I'm really sorry I didn't give her a heads up in case someone in the kitchen was just heavy-handed with the seasonings."
