from Google"Very HIGH priced for what you get! Our first time visiting. Not impressed. $5.99 for an order of garlic Parmesan fries. Lucky if you got 12. A $1.29 for crispy onions added to burger. Got 3 pieces! The dipping sauce for the fries was about a quarter inch in the container. Asked for more and got “you have to pay for that, we only fill them half full.” If you consider a quarter inch as half full, you better look again! This place is definitely not at all what it’s cracked up to be. Very disappointed! Never to return."
"Ordering online made everything so easy, and I was there in just three minutes by car. My order was ready and exactly what I needed. The fries hit the spot, crispy and delicious, and drinking that root beer float reminded me of simpler times from my childhood. It felt so comforting to taste that familiar flavor again. It truly helped me feel grounded and more at peace. I’m grateful to Shake Shack Southtown for providing this special moment — I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I need a little comfort and joy. Thank you! 🥰"
"The food here was excellent. I normally go to the one in Maple Grove. The cheese fries here were far superior to the ones I normally get. The cheese sauce was more of a sauce than the other location. I always get cheese on the side and this time I dip it right into the cheese. The Maple Grove the fry always keeps to the sideways and I have to push it in because she is not as soft and warm. The cheeseburger with bacon was delicious.🤤 The restaurant was quite large and spacious. It was very, very clean and well to and they take a lot of pride in their restaurant."
"I've always enjoyed the burgers here; they usually taste great and a favorite among my kids. However, during my recent visit, I noticed the bottom bun was torn, making it hard to eat and raising concerns about food safety. I hope the restaurant can address these quality control issues to ensure a better experience in the future."
"This was a first experience for me and my family, and we really liked it. It does feel expensive but for a family of 3 it's no more expensive than Red Robin; just feels that way because everything is al carte. Now the food. Once we looked over the menu, we each got a burger, fries and a lemonade. (regular lemonade, strawberry and mango passion fruit) All delicious. The food was seasoned and fresh. We thought it was going to be just an ok burger but each time we would give our thoughts it kept getting better. There is no waitress per se but the staff we're friendly. The space was very open didn't feel overcrowded or anything. They also had outdoor seating but not sure it was open. Overall I was very pleased with everything and will definitely come back"
