"This is by far one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Minneapolis. My wife and I were celebrating and had heard great things about this place. When we entered, the hostess offered to check our coats in. The ambiance was a dimly lit, cozy atmosphere with exposure to the unique architecture of the warehouse district. I especially appreciated the open kitchen concept, allowing us to openly see how they were preparing the food. Now onto the food itself. Every single dish served was at least a 9.5/10. The hamachi crisp was served with a sauce that struck the perfect balance between sweetness and savory, and pepper that added the perfect amount of kick. My wife’s sturgeon dish was absolutely phenomenal, and my pot roast was definitely one of the best dishes I’ve had in a while. Even the deserts were a 10/10. After we paid the check, the hostess already had our coats ready prior to walking out the door. The meal is pricey, and the portions are modest, but this is the perfect demonstration of a quality over quantity dining experience. We will definitely be back!"

"We visited on a Sunday morning and were so glad we reserved a table online a few days ahead—by noon it was packed with a long line out the door. Parking can be a little tricky since it’s street parking and paid, but it wasn’t too hard to find a spot if you don’t mind walking a couple of blocks. Everything we ordered was delicious, from the drinks to the brunch dishes. I highly recommend trying the croissant—it’s huge, perfect for sharing, and absolutely yum! The steak was cooked beautifully and definitely worth the price. I also loved sitting by the open kitchen and watching the chefs at work—it added a fun energy to the experience. The service was warm and welcoming, while still giving us space. Everyone we interacted with was professional, stylish, and friendly."

"Really cool place in warehouse district. Nice bar. Large selection of wines. German Pilsner was satisfying. Had the Foie Gras, Gnocchi and Pot roast. Delicious. Loved the view of the kitchen."

"Last night I got to try Spoon and Stable in the North Loop and it was an absolute treat. Upon entrance, the environment feels open, with high ceilings, skylights, and natural light coming in. The staff was friendly and spaced out our meal perfectly. We started with the complimentary bread and butter, a fresh sourdough, crispy and soft with whipped butter on the side. It was a nice way to start our meal. We ordered their French 75, light sweet, and citrusy, and a classic Moscow Mule, both so delicious! For starters we shared the Sweet Corn Gazpacho, which they so kindly divided into two separate bowls for us, it was soft and creamy, the crab was delicious and the cantaloupe helped balance the sweet and salty flavors. The oysters followed up and they were simple, fresh, and incredibly delicious, especially when adding a bit of the habanero sauce. For mains we went with the Alaskan Halibut, soft and flaky, it was nicely complemented by mascarpone grits and tomato foam, one of the highlights of the night! The Spaghetti Nero was amazing the smaller portion was perfect for me. It was salty with the perfect hint of spicy tossed with delicious octopus and mussels then topped with a prawn. The Creamy Spinach Cheese Curds surprised us they were so fresh and delicate and paired perfectly with the creamy spinach, a great dish to share! They nicely drop off little sweets to end the meal and cleanse your palate, which was a touch we appreciated. To end the night we took home the Honey & Cream Cake. It was creamy, soft, and had the perfect hint of honey, the honey meringue melted in your mouth, and the beeswax ice cream perfectly paired with it. Overall, Spoon and Stable has been one of the more memorable dining experiences I’ve had here in Minneapolis. I left extremely satisfied with everything we tried out and would recommend it to anyone interested in a more elevated dining experience."
