What really sets The Duffey apart, though, is the leasing and management team. The leasing managers, especially Ari, are genuinely amazing because they are responsive, professional, and truly care about residents. From move-in to day-to-day living, they are always quick to help, communicate clearly, and go above and beyond to make the experience stress-free. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and you always feel welcomed and valued as a resident. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking to move to North Loop! "A few hours at Backstory Coffee Roasters was not enough! The building is absolutely beautiful and they've done an amazing job making the large space feel cozy and welcoming. I had the Spiced Bourbon Caramel Latte and almond croissant which were both delicious. And I can't leave out our new friend Billy! Love that he spent time chatting with us, telling us about the history of building and The Duffey. Can't wait to go back...wish I could move in!! I never once had a maintenance issue within my year of living here. The units and building as a whole have a different vibe than other apartments in the area.
