"Well there a great place to eat during the day but after 8-9 pm they cook there burgers well done. For some reason there burnt to a crisp. They said that's policy 😑 no refunds no apologies just hey that's how it is if you come late. I've spent thousands at this location. Don't think I'll be continuing my loyalty to this establishment! Also Culver's is known to treat there customers very well ,well spoken polite but lately I've been treated rudely by drive thru staff at night!"

"This is the second time visiting this Culver’s and the second time I did not receive my entire order. I guess that’s my own fault for going back after the first time. Definitely going to go further out of my way to visit a different location since they’re 0 for 2…if I ever go back 😡. When I called my choices were to make the 30 minute drive to go back and get what they forgot or wait 3-5 days for a refund. Dumb…just try getting it right the first time. I’ll take my money back and spend it elsewhere. After running multi million dollar restaurants for 32 years I have come to realize that customer service is totally dead."

"I usually use the drive thru. Once I went in to use the bathroom and it's the cleanest, nicest bathroom! They only hire happy, friendly, nice people. Always a joy to go there. Amazingly, it makes a difference! EVERYTHING is made FRESH just for you. So it's always hot and delicious. A few times my order was wrong and they're more than happy to replace it, along with sincere apologies. Their drive thru now has 2 lanes. They're very organized. Service is pretty fast. You are not handed your food when you pay, because they're making it for you. They don't have it sitting there. It's FRESH, people! You're given a number and they bring it out, no matter the weather. Go there for your meal or just custard. Worth it! The drive thru service is super nice if you're tired, have a dog with you, bringing it home for others. Or if getting in and out of your car isn't easy. If you're going in, plenty of parking and places to sit inside and out. It's accommodating for families, teens, seniors and even your pet outside in the warmer months. I do recommend this Culver's! It's very appealing! The owners care about their place (the bathroom says it all!). Even their landscape looks nice, you're looking at it while you're in line. This Culver's feels nice to be at."

"I was in there earlier today with my son to get food and he liked it a lot his food was freshly hot and the custard wasn’t melted at all which was great and the custard had a lot of toppings he loved it. My food was great as well and the service Brandon gave me and my son when he was bringing our food to the car in the drive through was great. He also repeated my full order to make sure it was correct and was very helpful and polite. Very great place to go."
