What People Are Saying
from Google"I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt three separate times. Don’t bother. This is not the place to go for “real” coffee. As expected based on their layout and entire business model, and honestly, I anticipated all of that. Sometimes you just want a quick cup of shitty coffee, and that’s OK. But this place is ridiculous, and it’s not the kids they hired fault. Higher some competent staff members to run your business. If you’re going to have a line around the building 24 seven, that’s your entire business model. It shouldn’t take me 10 to 15 minutes to get the wrong cup of coffee, ask for it to be right, and it still be wrong. If you are going to have a bunch of basically toddlers fumbling around in negative temperatures, you have to have a seamless and efficient flow. This place has none of that. Sincerely, someone who has to be out in 30 below weather and just wanted a hot cup of coffee. Even if it was gonna be shitty. For eight dollars."
"The staff here is incredibly kind!! The drinks are amazing and much more affordable than other coffee shops. There’s a reason the line is so long every day—it’s absolutely worth the wait. And honestly, the wait has never been too bad for me. The rewards program is also amazing. So thankful for the kind staff that make my mornings better!"
"Definitely not my cup of tea lol but if I was to be serious for a second. This place claims to be cheaper than other coffee shops, when it's pretty much the same price because you can tell they dont put as much effort into their drinks. I got a blended blondie... absolutely NO visible caramel in the drink, and it just tasted like watered down coffee. Also NO whip topping or caramel topping on the drink either. Overall, just felt extremely ripped off for 6$ for a small, some blended coffee I could have easily made at home. Nothing special about their coffee here. I also waited 25 minutes in total at the drive thru. Wanted to try something new, and regretted it. Sadly, if you're considering trying this place... maybe just dont. Low quality drinks, with a hign wait time. I feel so ripped off lol EDIT: pretty sure they make their coffee with instant coffee, which is why the taste was SO bad... which makes me even more mad that they charge as much as they do for powdered coffee... at least make it look nice, and presentable. I didn't even finish my drink."
"This place as been popping off since it opened and been trying to get in there to try it out. But it’s always so busy that we haven’t tried it out tell today. I wanted to say even though the line today was long just not as long we got through it VERY quickly! When they took our order the staff was amazing and very patient with us as it was our first time in. It is a drive-through but they do have a walk up window we did see today. This was probably one of the best coffees I have had in a long time from a franchise place. Coffee was rich and creamy with a ton of flavor. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the St.Cloud area that is a coffee lover!"
"This was one of the worst-managed places I’ve ever seen. The line was already long, and when it was finally about to be my turn to place my order, the manager or shift lead came out and told the employees to take the cars at the back instead. That wasn’t even the worst part. I still would’ve been fine with the situation if I at least received my drinks, but when I finally pulled up, they gave me the wrong order. When I told them I needed my drink remade correctly, a person named Connor, I believe, told me he could not remake it and instructed me to park. I explained that I was in a hurry, and he said he didn’t care, repeating that I needed to park if I wanted my drink. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day, but that is absolutely not the way to treat a customer. I had already been waiting in line for more than 20 minutes. To make things worse, those poor kids working outside were standing in the cold taking orders for what looked like 30 minutes or more. One of them was literally shivering, and his hands were so cold he could barely use the screen. They were wearing thin, poor-quality gloves where I could see their fingers through them and these yellow rain jackets that were clearly not meant for cold weather. When I asked where they got that equipment, he said it was provided by 7 Brew. One of the workers even tried to go inside to warm up, but the shift lead Connor yelled at him and told him to go back outside to take orders, even though there weren’t any cars left. I honestly pity those kids; at this rate, they might get frostbite. I truly hope they find better jobs before winter hits, especially when temperatures drop below zero."
