"Looking for a quaint, classy, but lively bar/restaurant? This is definitely a great spot to try on Grand Ave in St Paul! This was our first experience trying oysters, and we were thoroughly impressed. We tried both traditional oysters and the Rockefeller oysters. I HIGHLY recommend the Rockefeller oysters but both were delicious 😋 their salads are harty and delicious, as well as their smashburhers! We also tried their old fashions and "Don't Mind if I don't" which were both scrumptious. Definitely looking forward to coming back here again!"

"Food was delicious.. really generous portions at a very reasonable price. Our giant pork chop was slightly undercooked. It was noticed by I believe the manager walking by. Without hesitation, he asked to put it back on the grill and make it right. It was absolutely delicious after a few more minutes on the grill. They made it right and compted the one meal. They handled the situation exactly like a restaurant should. We'll definitely be back."

"Favorite spot in the Twin Cities. Service was excellent, kept my water glass filled the whole time and the kitchen was so quick. Thank you Josie and Bea for a wonderful evening. The citrus arugula salad was perfection and my drink (Angels in the Garden— gin, lavender, etc) was beautifully made. Also had the goat cheese, kale salad, the nachos, and the coconut curried sea bass. Each dish was amazing! Can’t wait to come back here. I ❤️ Bar Cart and its staff."

"Ordered the necromancer cocktail, the Angels in the Garden, the steak sandwich, and the nachos. The nachos were great. I thought the sandwich needed something to cut through the richness and that the bread was too toasted. My date loved both food items. The drinks were tasty - a little slow coming out, but nothing crazy. It is very loud in the dining room so I would not recommend it if you are looking to catch up with someone you haven’t seen in a while."

"Didn't have reservations, so sat out front in the lounge. Perfect for a chat, drinks and food. Pisco sour, white wine, can't remember the other drink. Baked goat cheese spread was seriously good. Shrimp po' boys also delicious. Excellent service."
