"Overall rating 3.5. Came late on a Monday night so it was an odd vibe but I cant knock the restaurant for that. A bit slow, but the waiter and bartender were super nice and accommodating and checked on us a lot. Definitely can see this place popping on a weekend afternoon! Food was good, nothing spectacular but it was 1/2 off burgers so again, cant complain. Music was loud. Overall it was just good enough for me to be satisfied, but not sure if I would be wanting to come back in comparison to other places around town."

"YES WE CAME TO EAT HERE 💯 I was part of a birthday gathering and of course I arrived before the guest of honor. Parking is scarce‼️ I was seated with a several others while we waited. No one came with water so I went to the bar and got my own beverage and asked the bartender for a tray for water it was then “eight of us!” It seemed as if he’d disappeared so I went back to the table and discovered pitchers of water 💯 alright. We had already read the reviews before coming so I wasn’t unnerved YET 😳 Our waitress was pleasant and seemingly up for the task of serving our growing group. However, she told us she’d be back to check on us and never came…It’s 11:58 and we finally get to order…I ordered the catfish and mac&cheese which was delicious the food only took 38-40 minutes to come out NOT BAD TIMING and of course nobody complained about the food because as my Daddy would say “let the food stop ya mouths” it truly did‼️We had a few stragglers who happened in and didn’t get to order for at least 20-30 minutes after sitting down. There was another large group also in the same area as we were with their own server so I can not attest to the service they received but the folks who came and sat on the patio got immediate service! 🤔🤔🤔 It was clear when they began removing our dishes we were finished but another 30-40 minutes to get my $25 check 😳 I felt I was being held hostage for a while. It is definitely an experience 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 The icing on the cake was when a guest was accused of “already eating and lying about being served” she was late and was eating off of another guests plate while waiting for her food 👀 it was quite the experience and when the Owner/Manager came out the smug smile that he kept plastered on his face was a clear sign that he doesn’t know how to ask for the help he needs to get from under “poor customer service” jacket. Nor does he see it as an issue 🤷🏾 I’m sorry great food poor service and customer relations! If this is really it no Sir I won’t support or return. I’ll wait for better service reviews! They DO have people who will come in and train you on customer service and how to present and provide service."

"Good atmosphere here. Had fun talking with fellow patrons and the friendly bartenders while I was waiting for my food. Plenty of TVs on and the music selection was fun. I had the brisket mac and cheese. Also had the cheese curds. I actually liked how unique the cheese curds were (shaped like cubes). Brisket mac was good."

"Tuesday night April 20th This was my first time being here and it will be my only time. There were several bartenders, I was continuously being told they will help me in a few minutes. 20 minutes later my friend and I finally had 1 drink in our hands, and after several requests to order a pretzel 10 minutes later it was finally acknowledged. Bartender asked where we would be sitting and we pointed to a nearby booth. We choose in eye sight and super close to make it easier for them- it did not help! We had asked the bar for water several times, never received. Never given a menu. I went to the bar to ask for a menu that also took 10-15 minutes. We were there waiting for the pretzel for 30 minutes I would have actually enjoyed ordering food for myself and could see that plenty of other people who were just walking in were given menus and drinks and service. It was infuriating. The several bartenders excuse’s for the extremely slow service to us was that they have a 30 topper. Okay good for you and the 30 topper, but I also see this two topper right there who were not there when we arrived and managed to get served menus and food before we never received water, and finally received drinks and a pretzel. Not to mention how many times we asked for our bill and waited. We came to the point of just walking out. They sure came fast then. An hour and half of time wasted. My friend said the pretzel was good but the service was terrible. I really wanted to like this place I really wanted to try the food, I really wanted cheese curds and a burger and some wings. Really disappointed."
