What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Very cute and chill vibes! Nice for a lunch during the weekends for a drink and a bite. Love the patio area and inside area to eat very cute store but not a lot of seating options so did it as a To-go order. The sandwiches itself was delicious 8/10. The bread was nice and fresh(kinda needs a good bite) with all the ingredients inside also being fresh and flavored well that wasn't too salty and balanced great! We both liked the Proscuitto better because we like having a bit of veggies inside but the Muffaletta was still good. Good price point for what you get! And drink was great! I love matcha💚 and it was great quality with the perfect sweetness and great salty vanilla flavor and the dessert was not too sweet and would pair great with a coffee🤎 I would say note that even though you do a Togo order know that you might need to wait a bit because for 2 sandwiches and drink with desert took us 25-30 minutes when it was moderately busy. 🥲"
"It's like Minnesota's own all'antico vinaio! My favorite type of sandwich is authentically Italian: simple, no frills, nothing over the top, flavor coming from high-quality ingredients. You get exactly that here. We tried the carne, the prosciutto, and the turkey. My favorite was the carne because I live for hot coppa, but all were really really good. The turkey was my second-favorite, the romesco definitely has a little kick. If I had to get picky, I would agree with other reviews that the focaccia could probably be a little better for a place that labels themselves a "focacceria," but even so, it's still great. I'd for sure come back over any fast-casual sandwich place in a heartbeat. I'd also chalk up some of the less-inspiring reviews to others liking a more built-out "American" style sub."
"So there we were talking about Minnesota, in Colorado, standing in line for In-N-Out. Out of no where the person in front of us says, excuse me, I can’t help but hear you talk about Minnesota? Do you live in the Twin Cities? If so, you have to go to my favorite sandwich place, due focacceria! They make amazing focaccia bread sandwiches! So we went and did it live up to the hype! Amazing spreads, tasty, not too overpowering on the taste buds, and delicious pasta salad too."
"Very cute space and patio. Kind staff. The tables are all high tops indoors. Free parking. Focaccia bread loafs sold are delicious! I'm not a fan of the sandwiches unfortunately. They're too dry for me and lack veggie options. On my first visit I tried the prosciutto sandwhich, which was the Number 1 option based on reviews, and it was incredibly salty without any creamy spread to balance it out. On my second visit I tried the Carne sandwich and it was much better. But I asked for their arugula and tomato conserva to be included as veggies. It was much tastier. That being said, the size of the sandwiches are huge and the atmosphere of the place is cute and people love to hang out and eat in the patio section. I haven't seen anyone hang out indoors on either visits."
"Such a fabulous find! The focaccia rounds are delightful. Love the beverage options and the sandwiches. Can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu, including the tomato basil soup which is so fresh and flavorful."
"Driving around the Mac-Groveland area looking for lunch and remembered we always drive by this place and talk about trying it. Decided to take a swing in..."
