"Every time I go here, there is a considerable amount of coffee grounds in my mocha. This is concerning, as it typically indicates a lack of cleaning. Their milk to ice ratio is also off, meaning you get a watered down drink. It is worth noting that their staff are friendly and very rapid to receive orders and make drinks. It's just a shame that those drinks continue to contain coffee grounds."
