"we ordered 3 appetizers: liver mousse crostini, housemade flatbread and radicchio salad and the liver mousse is the best out of the 3. for the mains we got bucatini, fusilli, mezze maniche, cotechino sausage and duck breast. i would say the best was the duck breast followed by the mezze maniche but only because i like punchy pasta. the only one with protein is fusili order that if you want protein in your pasta. lastly we also got the amaro flight and the austrian amaro was my fave out of the 4. other than the food, the restaurant vibe reminds me of a classic european restaurant. overall recommend going here."

"My dear friends and I have a tradition. We celebrate each of our birthdays at stunning restaurants. The 4 of us have been doing this for quite some time. Now Tonya and I are Scorpios; we are November babies. We chose Hyacinth for our celebration. The food is absolutely scrumptious. Appetizers: The TREVISO RADICCHIO SALAD with candied walnuts, valdeon blue cheese, and zinfandel vinaigrette was delish. The BADGER FLAME BEETS was phenomenal with the surprise burst of ground cherries and pistachios in your mouth. The SQUASH CROSTINI was such a delightful surprise. I love pecorino romano cheese, don’t you! We 4 gals shared a bottle of bubbly rose. Entrees: FUSILLI. The beef chuck ragu was oozing so much flavor; it embraced each piece of fusilli with love. BUCATINI. So good, it made me cry. I do love a good Bucatini. MEZZE MANICHE. OMG, just order it. You won’t regret it. The cheese is mmmmm. Dessert: The PANNACOTTA was textured perfectly sweet and tart with grape syrup. The serving staff is so sweet and attentive. I love how discreet this restaurant is. The whole experience was fun and intimate. The perfect place for a celebration and a gals night out on a windy chilly Fall evening."

"Everything we ate and drink was incredible. I got the Marmalade Spritz—divine. My bestie and I shared two salads (the watermelon & zucchini w/ ricotta), and two main courses (the Mezze Meniche which was a beautiful pesto w/ walnuts and anchovies and the crispy risotto). All filled us up with flavor, texture, veggies (and fruit!), and deliciousness. The Mezze Meniche pesto reminded me of my mom’s walnut pesto and I had a nostalgic experience eating it straight out of “Ratatouille”. Our waiter was a delight, giving us good insight to our meal and questions. My bestie and I haven’t had a sit down meal together alone in years and this was a very special evening 💓"

"Consistently impresses me. We've been four times and Hyacinth has earned its spot in my top 5 favorite restaurants in the Twin Cities (which is NOT easy to do). It feels like a New York restaurant, upscale, unpretentious, inviting, and delicious. The fried olives and desserts are always fantastic. Each entree has been amazing! You have to go if you haven't been!"

"No notes! Beautiful meal, 4 guests and we shared 4 apps, 4 entrees (2 large and 1 small pastas) and the desserts. We were very impressed by the seasonality and freshness of the dishes. Their chefs and cooks really hit the right balance of flavors, textures and presentation. Our favorites were the burrata and flatbread (seems like a staple), snap peas (must try while it is on!) and the 3 pastas were also delicious! 3 of us were not drinking and were satisfied with the NA options. My partner and I will be back another time as the wine and amaro selection look amazing. Service was exceptional from entering the space until we left."
