"I stumbled across this little spot in St. Paul while looking for a good protein shake and was pleasantly surprised by the variety they offer! The guy working there was super nice—he gave me time to look at the menu and didn’t rush me, which I appreciated. That said, as a first-timer, I was a bit confused about how everything works—especially the different “levels” listed on the menu. I wasn’t totally sure what came with each drink or what the differences were, and there wasn’t a lot of explanation unless you asked. (To be fair, I probably could’ve asked more questions myself!) I ended up ordering a mango aloe shot, a Level 2 Bomb Pop tea (still not totally sure what that means, but it tasted good!), and a banana chocolate chip shake—which was definitely my favorite of the three. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors, and next time I’ll make sure to ask a few more questions so I can get the most out of the menu!"

"I am so confused about what just happened here. I came in wanting to try a protein waffle. Menu didn't mention different kinds available, so I asked if he could do a banana, peanut butter chocolate one. He said, no he's out of banana, he only has apple and coconut, which sounded weird, so I said, ok, just make me a chocolate peanut butter one. Thinking I would get a waffle topped with peanut butter and chocolate syrup. I go sit down to wait, I check on him a few minutes later, and saw he added apples to my waffle, then whipped cream, closed the lid and handed it to me. I get home, and there is no peanut butter, no chocolate syrup. He made me an apple coconut waffle with Carmel syrup and whipped cream, I'm just so confused about how he completely disregarded everything I asked for?"

"I loved this nutrition shake and healthy food lil restaurant/shop !! I ordered the pistachio protein shake and it was so good ! The owner even gave me advice and told me not to eat until 4 hours after drinking it as it’s a meal replacement! I also ordered the protein based jello !! So the base of the jello lil jello bowl is protein powder and then the top I believe must be like no sugar jello cubes! Which is such a CREATIVE snack concept and so delicious!"

"The owner is so kind and approachable. He keeps it clean and organized. The menu is expansive. I ordered the chai iced tea and a waffle with banana, apple, and chocolate chips on top. There was whipped cream on top too. This meal was nourishing and satisfying."
