from Google"The cafe has reopened as a partnership between Lifetime and Med Box, a Mediterranean cafe. In addition to traditional LT items like smoothies, coffees and snacks, there are also Mediterranean wraps, bowls and salads. I had a Gyro wrap. Lovely tender spiced meat, fresh crisp vegetables and sauce. Very generous proportions. The cafe is staffed jointly by Lifetime and MedBox staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. I really like this new offering and highky recommend it."
"I ordered via Amazon Restaurants. Flawless execution of delivery. Just 39 minutes! No complaints on the organic food. Flatbread. Yum. Mitch, the in store manager is a fine guy. Very polite people. Amazon delivery is right on the money -- dependable! I don't know if LifeCafe themselves deliver. You'd have to call. My entire order was accomplished via the computer and Amazon. No complaints. Go for it!"
"Awesome food, everything is healthy AND tasty too! Staff is super friendly, never had a bad experience. Best part of it all is that you don't even have to be a member of Life Time to eat here!"
"A bit steeply priced for mostly sandwich-like selections. I like the they have breakfast options later in the day. This place shares a space with a gym, a spa and a medical clinic. Their branding and signage seem to promote the idea of healthful eating. This being the case I was especially put off by the counter staff not being able to answer very basic questions about what was (or wasn't) in various items and the truly excessive amount of salt."
"I'm rating lifetime fitness as 4 stars. They'd get 5 if they had an ab-wheel. Also, it would be nice if they didn't up-charge to use different locations. A membership at the YMCA can be used at any YMCA location in the country, yet at lifetime you have to pay extra to use a different location in the city, they're not nationwide, and they're significantly more expensive than the YMCA. And the YMCA has an ab-wheel."
