"As a professional baker and one who worked with laminated doughs 6 hours a day 5 days a week...I can say Rose Street delivers the goods. The lamination is perfection. The flavors are excellent. The textures and oh...the butter...perfect. One of the closest to France/Lausanne pastries I've had in the USA. I can't leave a better review than to say it's near perfect and I will come back every time I'm in the city. I will also tell everyone I know in the area about this place."

"Picked up a couple of croissants, 1 scone & a loaf of multi-grain bread. Tried all but the bread, really good pastry though. I definitely will go back to try other items. Atmosphere was very nice. Staff was nice too."
