"What pleasant surprise to find a coffee roaster in small town Minnesota. I was recommended a medium blend from Costa Rica for use in my French press and have been blown away so far. The coffee I've been able to make with Owly beans has rivaled if not surpassed the usual beans I buy from a store that shares it's name with a four legged animal with antlers. The only thing I will do differently during my next visit is try a darker roast. 10/10"
