"I do not recommend going to this location if you have any special dietary needs. Today was the third time I received regular flavoring in my latte instead of sugar free. It happened a couple times before so I filled out the feedback form through the app. I gave it a few weeks and tried again. I shouldn’t have, this one is on me. I take responsibility for thinking they actually look at the feedback they receive. I am a diabetic and cannot have full sugar drinks. They taste completely different and when my husband brought it to me, one sip, I knew it was full sugar. A complete waste of money. From now on, I’ll go out of the way to the north side of town."

"Love Scooters and everything about it. HOWEVER, they changed their Birthday reward and I am sad. In the past, you received a free drink but now you just receive "Birthday points". Even when speaking to the staff, they expressed that it was a poor company decision. I agree."

"I’m not sure why I keep going back here. 1/2 the time when I order the egg bites, they are served to me on a wet tray. Then other times my order isn’t correct. The last time this happened I asked them specifically if it had extra sweet cream in it and one of the workers with crazy RBF said it didn’t… it in fact did. Good luck getting ahold of anyone to talk to, the phone number will take you to an answering machine that has an email address… that doesn’t work! So none of this can be resolved."
