"12/21/25 EDITING ONCE AGAIN. 😅 This is now the whistle stop coffee shop and I’m so happy they are in my neck of the woods! Service is great and food is delicious. Love the spinach artichoke sandwich and the cinnamon rolls are soooooo good! Editing AGAIN- had the carrot toast and the Swiss chard Rueben which were both delicious! So so sad to see this place close. I live up the street and it’s my go to place when I just want some quiet time and yummy food. 😢 Edit - I go here almost every week now, just tried the hummus plate. SO GOOD. Cobb salad was fresh and delicious. Had previously tried the flatbreads, those are amazing too! Great place!"

"Every time I’ve eaten here it has exceeded my anticipation. It’s as good as a five star restaurant! It’s THE BEST farm to table cafe in KC. And the ambience is gorgeous. You are surrounded by pine trees, a little waterfall, a hundred different plants and flowers, it’s WILD. It is one of one in KC. 🔥🔥🔥 oh, and THE BEST REUBEN WITH KIMCHI IVE EVER HAD!!"
"Food is okay. I honestly miss the old cafe that used to be here. While the food they serve is fresh, its also more basic, something you could do at home. They seem to be improving each visit so hopefully their culinary skills improve to serve more delicious meals. Also ordered a bottle of shatto milk and it was room temperature not even cold."
