"Fresh foods at the sports plex was very disappointing today. My daughter bought a water and left a tip at the kiosk. My total was $4.32. She never received the water. I asked a gentleman who I thought was a manager if he could check the orders and he said no. I then checked my regions app and told him we were charged for a large water yet he gave us small bottle of water which wasn’t even the fresh brand we paid for. We spend a lot of money there at volleyball and basketball tournaments. This situation should have been handled differently."
