She was kind enough to explain things to us, because we were new, and even help me figure out a drink option that wasn’t something they typically made. I definitely will be returning."

He assured me that my feedback regarding quality was highly regarded and committed to fixing some of those issues in the future (juices were not properly mixed, containers not full, consistency and flavor poor). This commitment to customer satisfaction is exceptional, and I will definitely be going back to give the juice refresh another try. 😊 ORIGINAL POST: We’ve loved Fresh for years and frequent it often—delicious and healthy food! But with Adrian leaving this location to serve as manager at the new location, there has definitely been a drop in service quality. My 3 day juice refresh was made 2 days prior to when I scheduled to pick it up, and the manager insisted that it would be fine to sit at the restaurant 48 hours prior to pickup. Paying over $100 for 3 days worth of juice is steep when you know that you’re missing nutritional benefits since it’s only shelf stable for a max of 72 hours. The quality was definitely affected. Adrian always had the juice made the day it was to be picked up. Disappointed that the new manager wouldn’t do the same per my request."
