"You don’t get many places with customer service like you do here. I ordered some food. She was very knowledgeable in the food even though this is my first time I gave me tons of recommendations. I got some hot chocolate hot chocolate is not too hot like you used to is perfect temperature also got a muffin. It was amazing love the food. Food is hot prepared. Well fresh whole scenario of the lighting and everything was so well well well Litc everybody is so nice. They don’t even ask for a tipping though deserve it. Thank you. Only thing is muffin can be hard but very good!"

"I’m here currently. I ordered a French dip, it came out a Reuben so they asked me if I’d rather have the Reuben and I said no thanks, I’d like the French dip I ordered. It came out with 1 piece of meat and a toasted bun. No cheese, literally one piece of meat between 2 pieces of bread, so I said something to the woman working here and she said “I’m so so sorry, would you like a box?” I said no I’d like a sandwich made properly, and someone should know what came out of the kitchen and she, very politely said “oh gosh that’s so sorry”. Not sure what to make of that but after spending $40 for 2 I don’t think I’ll be back. Too bad. Cute place."

"Went here for breakfast and it was good! They’ve got a couple of vegetarian options, and the cakes and pastries are great! We tried a few and really liked them. Just wish the staff were a bit friendlier. Overall, it’s a nice little bakery-cafe in Cape."

"I went today during lunch time through the Drive Thru. As a rewards member, I had a coupon for a free slice of cheesecake with a purchase of a wrap or sandwich, and really the only reason why I went there today. I should know by now to check your food bag to make sure you were given what you ordered, or nothing was missing before driving away. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, which I normally love. This was the smallest wrap I've ever seen, and also the turtle cheesecake I selected free with my coupon was not even in my bag! I wasn't given a receipt either, but I'm guessing I paid $13-$14 for a very small wrap and a bag of chips. Very disappointing experience today. I also had a coupon as a rewards member for Bonus Bucks for purchasing gift cards. I was going to purchase $25 worth to get $5 in bonus bucks to use for a couple Christmas gifts. I asked at the drive thru if I could also do that and was told they "can only honor one coupon per visit". I know that is not correct as last year I went inside to the restaurant after work one day and used that same coupon to buy a gift card and received bonus bucks, and also ordered dinner at the same time and got a wrap and free piece of cheesecake with the same coupon I had today all in one trip. I'm sure they had to do separate transactions but I guess separate transactions are not a thing anymore?? It seemed however that the employee today just didn't want to do the gift card transaction. SO....I will be using the $25 cash I had to purchase a gift card today at another business who I'm sure will take my cash. I've always been a big supporter of small, local and family owned businesses, but My Daddy's needs to do better than this!"
