"Lots of flavors. They have more flavors than shown on their menu. You can go back through their Instagram or Facebook and look at all the flavors they make. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks. They can tell you if certain drinks are more on the sweet side or the tart side. The loaded teas come in levels. Level 1 is about the same level as a coffee. As you go up in levels so does the caffeine or whatever they use for energy. They also go up in price as you go up levels. I usually stick to level one so I can’t speak to the higher levels. I think higher levels may change the taste a bit. My favorite flavors are Sunburnt Kenny and Cotton Carnival. They are on the sweeter side. You can also get the loaded teas to go. They put the mix in a small container and put the small container in a cup. Later you can pour the small container into the cup and add your water and ice. They also have envelopes of the powder mixes in store. But the selection is small and changes. I just try to look each time I go in to see if there is any I like. I came back to edit my post because I saw another reviewer say their drinks were sugar overload. This is NOT correct! Their loaded teas are 10 calories, 2 grams of carbs and 0 sugar!"

"It’s says if you show your Semo student id they’ll give you a discount, she just looked at it and said oh, and waited at the tip menu, .. no discount and when I asked what the discount was she said 10% and looked back at the tip menu and said I can add it after this if you want. It’s not the discount I’m disappointed in it’s the way she dismissed it and was just worried about the tip and $11 for an energy drink that’s only 270 of caffeine is ridiculous"

"Disappointing First Experience I recently visited this business for the first time and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon entering, I found the establishment to be quite confusing to navigate, which made the entire visit quite uncomfortable. The main issue, however, was the quality of the pineapple I purchased. It was clear that the fruit was past its prime, as it had an overwhelming smell of vinegar, which is a telltale sign of spoilage. Given the reputation of this business, I was taken aback by the fact that such a product was given to a customer. To make matters worse, when I called to inform them of the issue, the response was underwhelming. While they did apologize for the inconvenience, there was no offer to refund or exchange the product, an action that I feel is standard customer service in such situations. In sum, my first experience with this business was disappointing, and the lack of adequate customer service has left a lasting negative impression. I hope that they take this feedback into consideration to improve their quality control and customer service, so that future customers do not have to go through a similar experience."

"I absolutely love all there drinks and bowls, but my only complaint and also the complaint I’ve heard from others is they are constantly out of the most popular stuff like super cream, açaí and the toppings for the bowls. I would think the owner would want to keep the most popular items always fully stocked. Please consider keeping these items better in stock."
