"What a nice little cozy spot. I am not from town and I came by here for breakfast and coffee before my son's mighty mites football game. It is a bit of a tradition for every away game we find a nearby local coffee place to visit. We selected Maple Leaf as it seemed right up our alley. We were correct. We enjoy fresh made food and not prepacked snacks off a truck like alot of places today. They make fresh crepes to order. I had the Carthage Classic Crepe and my son had a desert style one with Marshmallow fluff and chocolate. I had a taste of his and it was excellent. Mine was more hearty as it was filled with bacon, ham, and cheese and topped with sour cream and avocado. It was very good. The staff was quite attentive and kind. The coffee was also very good. I added maple bourbon cold foam which was to die for... I will be returning next time I'm am inevitably in Carthage for a sports related function. I recommend it highly!"

"Both orders were very burnt toast on both sides of bread, egg was ordered over medium came out hard. Smoothie was good. Cost about 35 dollars for a small drip coffee 2 orders of avocado toast 1 with egg a smoothie and the tip they ask for."

"This place is downright, amazing!!! They're so friendly here and just make you feel so welcomed upon walking through the doors. ❤️ The inside is beautifully put together, clean, and very taken care of. I left right as they were closing, and they were all working together, scrubbing and cleaning the place. I tried the avocado toast today. It was so DELICIOUS! It is my absolute favorite now. I also had Carmel and vanilla blended coffee, and it was really good. My friend and I will definitely be returning here for sure."
