"Just had breakfast at this location the last 4 days in a row while staying at a nearby hotel. The coffee, quality drinks, continue to exceed expectations but the bakery items (blueberry scone) and breakfast sandwiches keep us coming back. The service at this location is not what it has been for the past several years, but maybe they are just having a bad 4 days. Food and coffee are still amazing!"

"Community hub. That’s probably the best descriptor for Kaldi’s Coffee. There’s plenty of space and seating options for anyone. The hybrid side has restaurant style booths, cafe style tables, bar height window seats and a circle of couches and plush chairs around a central fireplace. The avocado toast was phenomenal, especially with a fried egg on top. Their breakfast burrito was superb as well if you’re looking for a more hand-held option. Kaldi’s seasonal drinks were well crafted and tasted great, but the best all around was probably their House-Made Vanilla Latte. Simple, tasteful, and good served hot or cold. Points against them are few: service was average. My first visit I was given my order in a to-go box despite asking to eat in. But that was a one off compared to my other visits. The ladies up front could come across as a little impersonal, but the baristas seemed to have a good time setting our orders and interacting a little with people picking us their drinks. All told Kaldi’s is a place that you can expect to be busy but not crowded, cozy but not closed in, tasteful and worth a visit anytime you’re in town."

Stepping inside in the mid-afternoon, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere – the staff's friendliness was immediately apparent, and the establishment itself was impeccably clean and professional. For those seeking an alternative to the ubiquitous Starbucks, Kaldi's offers a compelling option. Ample seating ensures you can find a comfortable spot to unwind, while the menu boasts a diverse selection of coffee drinks and food items that caters to a variety of tastes. My choice for the afternoon pick-me-up was a mocha, which proved to be a delightful and well-crafted beverage. The breakfast burrito, however, presented a delightful dilemma. While undeniably delicious, its portion size was quite generous. An option for a half-portion would be a welcome addition to the menu, allowing patrons to indulge without overdoing it. Price-wise, Kaldi's falls in line with current economic realities, yet it did feel slightly on the expensive side for my order – a combination of the mocha, burrito, and bottled water brought the total to over $20. Despite this, I would definitely recommend Kaldi's Coffee. It's an excellent choice, especially for those venturing into the area's high-quality and trendy shopping scene. The combination of friendly service, a clean and inviting environment, and a menu offering delicious food and beverages makes Kaldi's a worthwhile destination for a relaxing break."

"I judge coffee shops by how well they make the espresso shots as well as how they present it. Kaldi’s did more than I expected! The espresso shot was amazing, and they brought it out with a cup of seltzer water. Great atmosphere for working remotely, studying or hanging with friends. My only concern is that it is a little chilly"
