"We absolutely loved our visit to Acola Coffee Company! It was a rainy day, and the cozy atmosphere with beautiful views made it the perfect place to relax. The space is quite large—great for gatherings or finding a quiet corner to study on one of the upper floors. We had their black coffee, which was incredibly fresh and bold—just the way I like it. They offer free refills while you're in the store, but honestly, the coffee is so strong and satisfying you probably won’t need one 😅 We also tried the pumpkin latte, and it was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced. Such a comforting and delicious treat! Definitely one of the best coffee spots I’ve been to. Highly recommended!"

"I really wanted to love this place because it’s super cute but unfortunately both my experiences haven’t been great. Both times I visited it took 3-5 minutes for me to be acknowledged at the counter even though there was a worker right there. The first time they were just chatting, then the second time I came by the worker got on their phone as I walked up to the counter. You never know what’s going on in someone’s life so I try to give grace but it’s disappointing to be ignored on two separate occasions. The coffee and crepe were okay. I don’t have anything bad to say about it but it wasn’t amazing enough for me to want to come back a third time. The first time I went was on a weekend so finding seating was pretty hard as it was packed. The second time was a weekday morning and there were a lot more options available. It’s very cute inside, I’d love to come back and study or do some work but as I mentioned before the customer service makes it not worth it for me."

"A three-day visit to Columbia, MO, which meant three trips to Acola for me. This is one of my top 3 coffee places I've ever been to! I've had the blackberry lavender iced latte and a caramel vanilla (warm) latte. They've both been excellent!! I bought a scone the 1st time and that was good, too. I also purchased a shirt, in which they have good selection to choose from. The atmosphere is so adorable! There is so much space here to sit and relax. You can sit downstairs, upstairs, or outside. The place is filled with beautiful plants, and the landscaping outside is spectacular! I highly recommend this place and will be back next time I'm in town!"
