"Not really sure what happened but just went to this andys and left confused. Supposedly you guys are giving away a free sundae for Veterans Day so I came with my girlfriend and I got a small pumpkin pie concrete and she got a chocolate sundae. The guy outside who took my order saw my military id and said it was free and my total was 7.53 then when I got the window the girl at the register told me it was 9.40 and I was confused double checked with her the sundae was free for veterans so I showed her my id and she still said it was 9.40 I got my receipt and noticed I was just given 50% off for the sundae. I have no problem with paying I eat at this location pretty often but I do think there is something that went on here that just doesn’t sit right with me. Idk if it was a malicious thing that the girl did because she doesn’t like veterans but to be told one thing then told another then lied to I feel like it’s a little crazy to do all that over one sundae. Probably won’t be coming back to Andy’s and will be telling all my vet buddy’s to put this on the list of false supporting companies out there."

"it didn’t seem like they had enough people staffed, line was long in the front and drive thru, they had someone outside in long sleeves and pants! it’s way too hot for all that!! the sleeves were stained and looked gross. nobody wants to see a dirty stained sleeve."

"This was a great experience, as always. Andy’s is a must have whenever we are in the Columbia or Osage Beach area. I had the Stolen Brownie Sundae. It was delicious. I especially love the roasted pecans. The brownie is delicious. I wish they had a little bit more ice cream in the sundae but otherwise it was great. My son had the Oreo concrete. One of his favorites. You can never go wrong going to Andy’s Custard."
