"Employees really just don't try or care. Music blaring behind the counter like its a bodega on Del Mar. Dude has his necklace hanging over his shirt. Self checkouts aren't operational. This store has gone down hill quickly since it was built. Bathroom smells like pee. Employees hanging out the back door to smoke. Its not professional and its not appropriate. You wonder about loss to theft but you're paying people that look the other way. I didnt even mind the music, and what do I care about a necklace? But coupled with the attitude accompanying it, its clear the management does not care to manage the store or its employees. Also, one employee at 2pm on saturday?... pretty bad look when you want to complain about backpacks."

"Not the fault of the employees, but this location now has a policy of no backpacks or PURSES, which is incredibly inconvenient for customers. I understand trying to minimize theft, but asking customers who normally carry purses to have to pull out their wallet and car keys (if you have a car that doesn't lock when the keys are inside) seems ridiculous. Would make more sense to hire more employees so they can keep an eye on customers, or arrange the store so they can see everything from the tills."

"Nice new store. My favorite thing is there is a recycling bin at every pump, next to trash. We obviously can’t recycle everything, but aluminum cans are the easiest to recycle. This place is doing there part, and I appreciate that."

"I was there earlier today to get cash off a prepaid card. The ATM only had $20 bills so I went to the cashiers who informed me quite rudely that they can't give cash back. Ok fine they could've told me that at the beginning when I asked for help. Also one of them was eating while talking & food was falling out of her mouth. Pretty sure that's basic manners & not something employees should do in front customers."

"Walked all the way there only to see a hastily scribbled “Closed” sign on the door, even though they’re supposed to be open 24 hours. I guess the employees just do whatever they want, whenever they want, even if it’s hugely inconvenient for potential customers. Load of BS. Fire all employees."
