What People Are Saying
from Google"I had high hopes for this new restaurant since my sister raves about the one in Tallahassee and there's one back home. Unfortunately, my experience fell short. When I first arrived, there was a short line and as it dwindled, the person in front of me struggled with the manual machine and asked for my help. I tried to assist, but it seemed the touchscreen was lagging and not accepting orders. I approached a staff member and said, “Excuse me, I think your machine is broken right now.” They snapped back, saying with attitude, “Okay, you guys will have to be patient and wait because there are only two of us tonight.” I was taken aback by their response but got back in line to wait for assistance. While I understand this store just opened and it’s probably stressful, It’s no excuse to be rude to unsuspecting customers. After my order was called, the same worker asked for my receipt and snatched it from my hands, which I found baffling. I left feeling frustrated and disheartened, and to top it off, my calzone was made incorrectly. I ended up driving back to request a refund, and I’m safe to say I won’t be returning. On a positive note, the guy working that night who assisted with taking my order and processed my refund was very nice and understanding. I hope he gets a well-deserved break as HIS customer service went a long way!"
"Canzones were good but the rest of my food was too raw to eat, not sure what the difference between cheese and dough verses cinnamon and dough is but they should cook the same and not be raw dough"
"I ordered delivery, the DoorDash dude was awesome, the food however, was very… meh. This girl loves a good late night meal and I could not even finish this. The surface of the calzone was dry, dough was nothing to speak of… If I had to say bad or good, it would be bad. The ingredients did not have a comprehensive taste, in fact, onions were raw and fell out of the calzone when I picked it up… flavors didn’t seem to mesh. I was really hoping to find something to alternate with Shakespeare’s Pizza, but this isn’t it."
"As Columbia’s newest franchise, I thought that I would give it a try. I ordered a calzone with hamburger, sausage, onions, and cheddar cheese. The flavor was just right. The crust was some of the best I’ve had. It was light and flaky, not dense and doughy like I’ve had at other places. I like calzones again. Great job! As a quick meal, it’s now on my list as a top pick when I’m visiting the downtown area."
"The employees are always so friendly and helpful! One of my favorite places to go and so happy that they’re open late for an extra dining option. You’ve GOT to try the cookies! They are life changing! Thank you to the Columbia DP Dough Crew!"
