"I visited this establishment today after my appointment. I ordered a salted caramel iced latte drink and two cinnamon coffee cakes. The cashier she was pleasant and polite. The gentleman name Colin was rude and abrupt calling out drinks as the customer in front of me was waiting on her name to be called and he yelled out the drink order. The customer and I both stated, if the cashier is asking names why would you call out drink names. He picked up the cup and abruptly stated what did you order "a turtle frappe, Lewis, salted caramel latte, or a different drink?" Then stated this is yours. It's definitely not good customer service for this establishment. If Colin was in a bad mood his frustration shouldn't have camr out on the customers that's for sure."
