What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"I had no idea that this place existed but I am so happy that I found out about it. They serve food that is not only healthy for you, it’s delicious too! They have vegetarian friendly options as well. They also sell bottles of organic wine along with a selection of protein powders and other items like that. They have a nice selection of smoothies, juices and coffee’s. They have a small outdoor seating area with umbrellas at each table. Very delicious!"
"Nourish is a small, woman-owned, whole-foods Café. The food is lovely, fresh, and intentionally nutritious. The owner is a huge supporter of local foods, sustainability, and most importantly, of other women entrepreneurs in our community."
"Nourish is one of those rare spots where you can bring your laptop, ask about the difference between maca and matcha without getting a side-eye, and eat food that actually makes you feel better after the meal. The chili is a quiet standout. And don't even get me started on the smoothies. Easily the best I’ve had literally anywhere. I would fight someone for the mint chocolate chip one, and I’m not even sorry. You can tell every ingredient is intentional, and somehow, they’ve cracked the code on healthy & delicious without leaning too far in either direction. The best part is the people. Genuinely helpful, never pushy, always willing to talk through nutrition questions like you’re a regular even if it’s your very first visit. There’s something about walking into Nourish that feels like a reset. Clean food, calm energy, good people."
"If you’re GF and love fresh food, this is your place. The cashew ricotta and falafel in the Pesto Bowl are delicious! I’m always perfectly satisfied when I leave here. If you’re unsure as to what to order, everyone is always so helpful with suggestions!"
"The food is good, the people running the place are nice but the accessibility sucks. Google claims they have curbside and fully accessible which it is not and do not offer curbside. If you need to use the ramp to get into the building you will smell and need to move garbage bins out of the way to get to the entrance. They don’t really have a parking lot so you either have to illegally park or park in the parking garage which is too far away to be considered accessible parking. I really wanted to be able to visit again but due to accessibility I will not be able to."
"Great spot if you're looking for something healthy and nutritious! Had lunch here and the food was exactly what I was looking for in an area that has a lack..."
