"The S’mores Croffle was incredible, not the best photo here but it was truly amazing. I’ll definitely be back to try their other Croffle, but the Brown Sugar latte was great, the lids on their to go cups suck pretty bad though. Every time I took a sip there was coffee spilling out, even after changing the lids a few times. There was a longer line when I arrived so plan accordingly, they also accept order ahead orders as well!"

"July 19 & 20, 2025 (5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) - My quest for the best coffee took me to Cottleville, Missouri and Upshot Coffee Flagship. The coffee was outstanding, the staff top shelf and the atmosphere was wonderful. Upshot serves a variety of coffee drinks, all made from beans fresh roasted in house. I sampled espresso, pour over and drip coffee drinks. Each one was robust, full of flavor and delightful. Sammy, the manager, willingly and eagerly answered questions about the shop and its processes. She made thoughtful drink recommendations, which were spot on. She recommended the featured espresso from Rwanda, which is among the best I have had. She also recommended La Roca, a Colombian bean for a pour over. It was so good I returned the next day to buy a bag of beans for my home espresso setup. This visit was 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all around. The Upshot Coffee Flagship shop is in my top five so far. I absolutely recommend a visit to Upshot Coffee Flagship in Cottleville."

"I've stopped by this place almost every weekend to do some work. I normally get the matcha with lavender syrup but saw they had coconut cream cold brew so I tried that one. I couldn't really taste the coconut as much in this drink. Staff and service was nice and friendly. Drinks are made quickly. I'm also a fan of their avocado toast. There's plenty of seating and there's outdoor seats as well. The area is really nice."

"Upshot’s flagship location in Cottleville is a great spot for coffee. Their coffee selections are superb and I recently tried their cappuccino, which pleasantly surprised me since I normally go for lattes. The Classic is my go-to food order and it always hits the spot. It is also a great place to hang out or get some work done. 10/10 experience."

Not too sweet (which I like) Great presentation Clean and organized The only reasons they don’t get 5 stars: Only 1 size coffee available Basic white chocolate flavor is not an option And there is a sign to bus your table. For those prices and to ask for a tip bussing a table should be the employees job."
