What People Are Saying
from Google"We decided to give st louis bread co. Another try after several attempts with either getting the wrong order and/or poorly made items. I went threw the drive threw for a on line pick up order. I ordered three sandwiches, the first bag I was given had two bagels in it.. I waited while they made my order. All three sandwiches had so much pepper on them they were ruined. This location is so inconsistent im done."
"My wife and I ate at the bread company today. We had never been to this one. We ordered and the workers were very accommodating and nice. My wife ordered a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich with chicken and avocados. When she received her order there were two of the tiniest slices of bacon. When you pay $8 for half a sandwich I think you would expect a little more. She’s not a complainer but did go back in to show them the amount of bacon on her half sandwich in which they gave her one more piece. Our sandwiches were good and the salads were okay. Staff was nice but $32 for half a sandwich with minimal toppings for two was a little much. Will go elsewhere. Photo attached."
"I ordered two weeks ago two Mediterranean veggie whole sandwiches and I spend almost $15. Sandwiches have only cucumbers tomatoes onions and greens they forgot to put hummus and other ingredients or what but I didn’t pay only for bread and little veggies. Sandwiches taste horrible and I didn’t pay only for bread. I did survey and Shelby Sheron email me back and she ask me for my phone number so she can contact me but it’s been two weeks and I haven’t heard from Shelby at all. Very bad service if you are team manager you should take care customers complain and at least try to contact and resolve this issue. I attach sandwiches picture so everyone can see."
"Order a sandwich and a soup for delivery . The driver didnt arrive at expected time , my delivery instructions says hand it to me and its was placed on the ground on melted snow and salt . And the order was entirely wrong . I was not offered a refund . This is very distasteful"
"I ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich and was already disappointed that they switched cheeses...gouda is good!! Anyway, I ordered a BTB and a cup of broccoli cheddar, then my wife placed her order and we were dining in. This new system of taking care of door dash, online, or whatever orders first is unreasonable. And the staff wasn't even moving with any sense of urgency. It was a Sunday around 1:30pm. It took roughly 15 minutes to get our food. When we did get it, I was once again disappointed. I did not order an U-Pick 2 and the cashier didn't read back an UP2. Since she rang up an UP2, I kept it. My wife didn't care either way about her sandwich, but her soup was not hot. She said it was barely warm, my soup was warm as well...definitely wasn't hot. But I was already disappointed and just ate my food. It took my wife almost another 7 minutes to get her new soup. I've worked over a decade at Bread Co., and even was an assistant manager many years ago. I understand that menu items change with food trends and dietary concerns. But the quality of service, order accuracy, and food quality should never be compromised."
