"Excellent customer service. My wife and I came in for a quick coffee.. we have been plenty of times.. but this time was exceptional. My wife ordered the London Fog and i told the Barista something mocha and something strong. She did an excellent job. The coffee is always good.. but it was her genuine attitude when she said.. I got you.. that made me feel special. Thank you for uplifting my day."

"I went here once about a year ago and there was a very young girl, maybe 12 or 13 at most, working the cash register for some reason. She was very sweet but there was a grown man with her behind the counter (her father maybe) that was berating her. She must have been having a hard time using the register and the man standing over her was intimidating and was scolding her in front of everyone. It was very cruel and I felt the need to write a review as I heard it is still under the same ownership and more locations have opened."
