"My family and I were on vacation and wanted some ice cream and this place was open until 10 so we thought we'd give it a try. We ordered at the walk-up window but we were disappointed when we realized there weren't very many places to sit. We also wished there were mini and small sizes for things like shakes."

"I have always been a fan of Andy's. They have great ice cream. But they took it to another level. We have been in the hospital for a week with my wife giving birth and son in the NICU. It's been a trying time but then we were told that Andy's dropped off ice cream for all the pre and post partum moms in the wing. It was a very special treat. We will be customers for life and it was just a great thing to do so good on them!"

"Enjoyed the custard I got and the service was friendly. The few times I’ve been here in the drive-thru, a team member will come out of the side door and pop into the driveway (not on the sidewalk) from behind a corner to take my order on an iPad. Then they go back inside to take my payment through the window. Not sure why they don’t just take the order through the drive-thru window too? I appreciate the commitment to customer service, but I’d encourage management to reconsider this policy for the safety of their employees. Seems like an accident waiting to happen."
