The space strikes a welcoming balance between casual comfort and contemporary polish, filled with natural light that gives the dining room an airy, relaxed feel. The beverage program is a standout, offering thoughtfully crafted selections that pair beautifully with the menu. My shrimp tacos were exceptional—fresh, vibrant, and confidently executed—easily the highlight of the meal. Attentive and friendly service rounded out the experience, making the visit both smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Cooper’s Hawk delivered a consistently strong and memorable dining experience, well worth a visit."

"3.5 to 4 stars: First time at Cooper’s as we were in town visiting. Neat spot! The wine tasting/retail shop area was pretty cool to check out as we were waiting for our table. We made a reservation for 815pm on a Saturday evening. Got there around 810pm and waiting probably 5-10 min for our table. We got sat and it took at least 20+ min before someone came and greeted us and asked what we wanted to drink by a waitress who wasn’t our server. Our actual server, unfortunately, wasn’t as personable and friendly. When our food came out, it was just placed down in front of us and then the staff member walked away. Food was pretty good and we loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately the hospitality wasn’t great."

"This was our first time here. We went on a busy night…reservation was made and we still had to wait for our table. Food and drinks were delish. Our waiter was excellent, I wish I knew his name to shout him on here. He was very attentive and gave us the best recommendations!"

He was dealing with a difficult group of Karens while also keeping a professional and positive demeanor with his other 2 tables in the area. He was very attentive and caring. I was celebrating an anniversary and he made our visit so much more pleasant. The other staff in the building, including the servers and hosts were also great. Will definitely be coming again!"

We loved the warm pretzel roll and butter served after ordering — such a nice touch. The atmosphere was inviting, and our waitress was friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
