"Filling Station is my favorite coffee shop in KC! Everyone there is so kind—go often enough, and they’ll know you by name. It’s small but mighty, always popular, and for good reason. I love their mocha lattes made with chocolate milk! Their food is a bit pricey, as most coffee shop food is, but it’s genuinely good. I usually get the chorizo clutch burrito or the turkey sandwich. They also serve desserts and pastries from Ibis Bakery, which are fantastic, so I can enjoy a full meal and dessert if I want. Plus, they have a reward system, which I really appreciate. The best part, though, is the vibe. The space used to be a garage and it still has that rustic charm. In warm weather, they open up the space and there’s also great patio seating. They go all out with seasonal decorations, and I’m loving the Christmas decor right now. Overall, it’s a fantastic coffee shop—I just keep coming back!"

"Very chill spot serving fresh coffee and light food fare and delicious looking pastries. I had the avocado toast and my husband had the Turkey sandwich. We also had a vanilla oat latte each. The espresso roast was great and nutty with light chocolate notes. We were able to dine in but the place is a bit small so there might be a wait if you want to dine in and they’re busy. We would come back here again because they have good food 🥯 good service and good coffee ☕️"

"The food is good, the location's good. The music is way too loud and not pleasant. Sometimes they play music so you don't hear the other conversation, but I' it's not pleasant. But if you enjoy healthy food in a bowl, then this is a good place to come."
