"I swung in while I waited for B&N to open. It was so worth to choice! Way better than Starbucks! We opted for a breakfast sandwich and an iced Chai latte. Delicious! The staff was so kind and helpful. The location is clean and pleasant. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet place to read, chat, or work that is surrounded by a friendly atmosphere and beautiful Plaza vibes."

"So glad we have more Messenger cafes in KC, and super happy that they are right in the plaza! I went in last week with my fam, and we had a great time. The baristas were friendly and attentive, and my cappuccino was spot on just like it was at the OG messenger. If I had to complain about one thing, its the seating: Theres not a ton of it. At the old Kaldis (as bulky as it was) I liked that little nook on the far side of the shop where people could hang out and work. Im not wanting that to return but some kind of seating would be awesome, since there is really only bar seats and a few others. But besides that, we loved it! We will be back for sure."
