And while I initially opted for the Ethiopian single origin, barista Sally suggested for the Colombian direct trade which was SO GOOD. It was like biting on a whisky fruit cake with every bite. I’ve had many pour overs before double this price and not so nice baristas and it wasn’t even as close to this amazing taste. Thank you Sally for your expertise!!!"
