The shop has a great KC river market vibe and serves up happiness one cup at a time. We appreciate their hard work and due diligence in getting us all going day to day. Be sure to check out the roaster in the back. It’s a big and beautiful blue one. The staff is always cheerful, helpful, and willing to help with questions we have about drinks or coffee bean choices. "Hopefully this company's in-person service is better than for online customers. I had questions about one of the espresso machines they carry and reached out via web form, email and text (per website instructions) over the course of a week or so and never received a response. It's been several weeks now and I've since moved on in my research so I suppose it's moot in my case, but they miss out on potential sales when they ignore their online customers. I can perhaps understand if things are busy but then maybe they shouldn't have an online presence if they can't handle the extra traffic."
