What People Are Saying

from Google

"Atmosphere: The space is open and inviting, with several TVs well-positioned for sports viewing. Seating options include booths as well as both low and high tops, offering plenty of room for groups of all sizes. The décor leans heavily into a sports theme, complemented by large windows that bring in ample natural light. Service: Service was friendly and welcoming, though a bit slower than expected. Given that our visit took place during peak Christmas holiday dining hours, the pace was understandable and did not detract significantly from the experience. Food & Drinks: Portion sizes were generous, and everything we tried was quite flavorful. The menu felt slightly more elevated than typical bar fare. The drink selection was solid, offering a range of beers, wines, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic options. Value: Pricing fell in the mid-range, and overall, the cost was fair for the quality and portions provided. Final Thoughts: Overall, this is a great spot to grab a meal along the Streetcar line. While outdoor seating is limited, it is an inviting place for people-watching as the Streetcar passes by."

"Would return for the food! The club was good, cheese curds were great, burgers decent - overall flavorful food. Service was ok, waited a while to be greeted, got our food quick, and then the server disappeared for a bit. If we are back in the area, we’d come back for the food!"

"I'd never eaten there before. Walked in and the sign said "Section Closed" for the front half of the restaurant, there was no hostess or "Seat Yourself" anywhere. It was off to a bad start. Seated ourselves near the kitchen because you couldn't see any waitstaff anywhere. The place wasn't packed but we were there after 4, so "Happy Hour". Someone came from the kitchen and talked to a table near us. I tried to get the waiter's attention to no avail. Really bad start, I was ready to walk out. Then it went crazy all the wait staff was out at once. Our waiter came with some water and got our drink order. Then he came back with the drinks very quickly. We downloaded our menus (something I dont usually like to do) but it was a really nice menu. Obviously they were short staffed. By the time we'd ask questions about the Happy Hour Specials we waited less than a few minutes and the appetizer was there. He asked about sauces and brought not one but 2 customized sauces out for the appetizer. They actually gave us time to eat that and then brought out the entrée. (I really like it when a restaurant pays attention to the customer to bring food when you're ready for it.) The food was hot and tasted great. He came back refilled the drinks and brought us another customized sauce. We sat and talked. There was no rush to drop off the check or give us the bum's rush to get out. These guys really know how to treat their guests. The restaurant is on the old streetcar route/now rebuilt streetcar line on Main. For all purposes it is a sports bar (LOTS of TV's) with a nice restaurant attached. The memorabilia on the walls allows the customer a view of KC from the past. It was a very enjoyable experience."

"Staying at the Hampton Inn across the street made it very easy to hit this Resturant. It was very busy for a Tuesday - and was due to a concert that evening. We were able to grab a table and made it during happy hour (3-6pm) to get the specials on food and cocktails. Lots of TVs for watching sporting events and was very lively."

"Definitely wont be returning to this location. We go to the other when In town and this one is totally different in many ways. The bathroom floors were sticky. We sat for a good while before someone came over. The place was pretty empty. The vibe of the employees was just meh i gotta work. I asked before ordering if the tacos were spicy and was told no. They were for my teen and they came with jalapeño and juice had got on them. I didnt see that they came this way. Also im not sure what kinda chicken is used but it definitely smelled like tuna and looked weird. I waited forever for someone to come back to ask . She said yes it was chicken. The rice was very wet for some reason. The nachos were good just a ton of lettuce on them. The unsweetened tea was perfect."
