"We came here because we saw a video on Tictok about this place and it looked really cool. And believe me, it is. The best thing about this place is the vibe. The decor itself is fun to just sit and look at. It's like a museum. The building and what they have done with this place is a marvel! But the menu is quite small and neither of us found something that we were really excited about. Also, their drink selection is limited. My daughter works in the service industry and was shocked at the lack of choice of liquor/ beverages they had. The food was okay. I'm glad we went because it was a cool place but I probably won't go again. Parking was limited and a bit sketchy where we parked. I think the area is being revitalized and in a year it will look completely different."

"If you’re craving a truly European dining experience in the Midwest, Tailleur on Main absolutely delivers. We opted for an early dinner, and even though it gets dark early this time of year, that actually worked in our favor because upstairs the lighting was perfect. Dim enough to feel romantic, bright enough to appreciate the space. The ambience is classy with gorgeous attention to detail. The seating is a bit close knit, so prepare for an intimate setting, but the décor more than makes up for it. There are mirrors everywhere, something any woman can appreciate since it eliminates those mid date bathroom trips just to make sure you still look cute. Service was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I ordered a Dark and Stormy, and it was delicious: strong, balanced, and crafted well enough that it didn’t taste like straight liquor, which I always appreciate. For food, we shared the mussels and the Double Royal burger with fries. Portions were generous, definitely enough to split and still have leftovers. A lot of upscale spots tend to skimp on quantity, but that wasn’t the case here at all. And honestly, niche reference, but that burger might be the best I’ve had since the Carnival Cruise burger. It was that good. The mussels were solid too, but the burger absolutely stole the show. Overall, I’d recommend this spot for cocktails with the girls or a cozy, intimate date night. I’m already looking forward to coming back."

"Absolutely awesome ambiance, food and service! Perhaps some of the best lamb chops I have ever had. Prepared perfectly and with the best flavor. I finished up with a very decadent flourless chocolate cake......UNBELIEVABLE!! The service was spot on and very attentive and courteous. Can't wait to return some day."

"French cuisine that is masterfully prepared. The decor is very appealing. Our server, Skylee, was most helpful in assisting us making food choices. This is a fine place to dine located on the street car line. I highly recommend checking this restaurant out. Parking can be tricky. The restaurant has a private parking lot off of Walnut Street. I received a text from the restaurant instructing is where to park. That was most helpful. Reservations are probably a good idea especially during busy periods."

"My friend and I ate at Tailleur tonight and the food was wonderful! I had the very flavorful coq au vin. It was a great experience for my first french restaurant. They brought over freshly baked sourdough bread from their bakery across the street and that was very good as well. We will be eating here again."
