"A co-worker recommended this place as one of his favorite breakfast spots in KC. I have to say I agree. Excellent breakfast foods, huge portions. I ordered the cowboys eggs benedict. The GF ordered the alamo burrito with a side of low country grits. We had the try the biscuits and got a biscuits sampler too. Entire way too much food even for me. It was all delicious. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend coming here. Will make this a breakfast stop when visiting KC next."

"First shoot out to Morris! It was an extremely busy morning and he remained diligent, friendly and communicative. Our food arrived surprisingly fast and fresh! But what was most admirable about the experience was (1) how EVERYONE pitched in seamlessly to accommodate several large parties who arrived at once, and (2) how they treated every line of service equally, especially delivery drivers. I was literally moved to tears by the service. You just don’t see that these days. Great job! Big Biscuit…not the little one."

"KEISHA!!! The server that is sugar and sweet and the best flavor of the week! I find it extremely important to pinpoint the top experiences of a restaurant, and Miss Keisha brought the kindness and warmth of your old school classic diner, but the professionalism, percision, and experience of a pizza line in NYC. I have been to several big biscuts, but i will remember this location and even the restaurant as a whole because of having her as a server. I felt like I was out of town visiting my sister, and she was serving me breakfast so graciously and sweetly while casually shooting the breeze! That is a treasured old school quality you just dont get anymore! THANK YOU FOR THAT Keisha! The food was VERY on point. I was honestly impressed that the grease level was very low and I had 3 meats in my omelet, so well done to my kitchen folks! I also loved how they graciously allowed me to custom my omelet with little fuss. I must say that Southern comfort breakfast food is easy to screw up and this place nailed it with flying colors!! WELL DONE! As far as the atmosphere being 4 stars... This is honestly more of a personal preference thing on my part. I am sensitive to loud noises and the ceilings in this place make it echo a bit with smaller crowds so the larger crowds are a wee more intense. I feel the need to explain that for the rating, and don't think it should completely go agaisnt the score, but still felt the need to share for other noise sensitive quirky people. Over all.... Grade A my Biscuit Bada$$es!! Keep up the superb work!!"
