"Friendly and fast service. Latte with an extra shot was pretty good. But the chorizo burrito was not great. It seemed like it was either sitting in a warmer for too long or microwaved from being frozen and was overpriced for being so small. Also, asking for tips in a drive thru shouldn’t be a thing. You’re not a server or a bartender. Ultimately, when you spend over $23 for a latte, a burrito, and tipped 15% in a drive thru, it better be the best latte and burrito you’ve ever had. It was not remotely close."

"Best coffee in KC and good service. I don’t think the drive through folks should just blatantly ask for a tip each time you drive through, however. Always glad to tip, but maybe have an iPad you can flip around for tips like most places. This is more professional and doesn’t guilt trip your customers into tipping. Just my two cents. Regardless, I’ll be back!"

"Just went through the drive through. The chocolate croissant was freaking huge lol. Amazing wow. Wish they would’ve asked if I wanted it warmed up/toasted but it’s ok. Haha still tasted amazing and wow so filling! Yum!!"

"Took a chance and went far out of the way to drive thru at the home of The Roasterie. The coffee is always great from there, but getting in and out of there wasn't fun. The prices were the highest I've ever paid for an iced coffee. Two coffees, with an extra shot $22. Are you kidding me?First and last trip. I'll order from the website from now on."

"I absolutely love this drive thru. Chelsea, Jada, Olivia, and Chuck are the friendliest staff and caring! My fiancé and I are regulars that frequent weekly several times. On crap days, I will go grab a coffee just to see their friendly faces. I do wish that this location stayed on top of supplies though....had a rough go with lack of honey and cups a while ago."
