"Stopped by the new West Plaza Bodega and genuinely loved it. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming right from the jump, the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable hanging out for a while. The space is thoughtfully laid out and refreshingly spacious. You’re not on top of other people, and the big tables actually make it easy to meet up with a group or spread out for a bit. The old MCI airport chairs are a great touch too - a subtle, very KC nod that gives the place some real character. And the pastries from Blackhole Bakery deserve a shout-out. I’ve had them many times and they’re consistently excellent and always worth the stop on their own! Having them here just makes the experience even better! 🙌🏻👏🏻 It’s an easy place to settle in with good energy and a quality atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!"
