"I came in Sunday night with a group of friends. The security at the door was extremely rude. My friend hung his coat on the little hooks at the bar awhile we played bags. There were only about 20 people in the place, including my group. He went back to get his coat and it was gone. Security didn’t know where it went and it wasn’t in lost and found. A little while goes by and I’m at the bar ordering shots when my friend comes back over and I ask him if he found his coat. He said no and was disappointed since it was so cold out. The bartender hears us and interrupts us to as him if his coat was green and black. He said yes. The bartender said “oh, I gave that coat to my friend because I didn’t know who it belonged to but I think he’s at the Landing now.”…..like ummm what??? As a bartender myself, I can’t imagine just giving my friend a random clothing item I found at my bar without asking the customers if it was theirs and keeping it in lost and found for a minimum of 48 hours. Her friend then wanders out of the bathroom wearing my friends coat! I couldn’t believe that not only did she give him my friends nice Eddie Bauer coat but he actually wore it immediately. So unprofessional and very off putting. Management needs to be more aware of what the staff is doing. Bartender said she couldn’t take a shot with us but has no problem stealing from guests. Very disappointed in the service."

"Saw a door on the Main Street that said ‘main entrance around corner’, you go around the corner to a door that says main entrance and it’s locked. Managed to talk to a worker that was extremely rude and said the entrance was on the Main Street. The door that says to use the other door. Not sure if this is owners, staff, or managements fault but that’s pretty stupid to have the door marked main entrance not be the main entrance. Atmosphere was also very poor and superficial and workers were either rude, petty, immature, or a mix. I would just avoid this place and go somewhere else more enjoyable. Edit: this place also seems to have a constant issue of stealing items and belongings from people who enter! So be very careful on which staff you trust as they may do more harm than good."
