"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! This was my first time here and I waited in the drive thru line for almost 40 minutes!!!! I get up to the window to order and the lady didn’t even tell me hi or it’ll be a minute before I get your order. She was “busy” talking to ONE PERSON inside. After waiting an additional 10 minutes with no one taking my order or even saying anything I drove off with no drink! I will never be back and I’ll make sure to tell all friends and family to skip this place and go to Starbucks! *EDIT TO ADD Ask my two screaming children that waited in that line for 30 freaking mins!!! It happened this past week around 1-2:30 pm in the afternoon. there was a red van in front of me that handed the worker a Christmas present and then two teenagers in the car in front of me that got two iced drinks. The worker didn’t once come to the window she was talking to an older gentleman with glasses and never once addressed me. This happened Tuesday 12/30 @ around 1:30-2:30 check your cameras again I was in a black suv! I’m the one that drove off with NO DRINK"
